Ian Pedroso, 50, was arrested for shooting Michael Ryan Mendoza in Pototan, Iloilo on February 26, 2023. According to Police Staff Sergeant Richard Cabucos, Pedroso had a dispute with Mendoza over his wife's previous relationship with Mendoza. Mendoza is in stable condition, while Pedroso is facing charges of frustrated murder.
