ICPO Appeals to Suspect “Dikit” to Surrender and Face Accusations
ILOILO CITY – The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) has issued an appeal to a suspect identified as Rommel John Celestre y Escasa, also known as “Dikit,” to surrender and face the accusations against him. Rommel John Celestre y Escasa is a 21-22-year-old male born on October 26, 2001, and is currently single.
The suspect has known addresses in Zone 1A, Barangay Balabago, Jaro, Iloilo City, So. Dumalagdag, Barangay Bugnay, Jordan, Guimaras, Calumpang Molo, and Monticielo, Pavia, Iloilo.
He has worked as a construction worker and trisikad/tricycle driver, but he has no permanent job.
The ICPO did not disclose the specific accusations against Rommel John Celestre y Escasa, but they urge him, as well as his family and friends, to cooperate with the authorities and surrender to face the charges.
